How long does it take to complete customized products?
Standard colors can be installed within 15 days (from order date), special colors take one month.
Do products come with warranty?
Yes! products currently come with a one-year warranty in Taiwan.
Can HISS products be purchased for self-installation?
Ventilation doors involve professional masonry, carpentry, or metalwork for the outer frame, so we don’t recommend self-installation. However, folding screen doors can be ordered for self-installation if customers measure accurately.
Do HISS products have a service life? Can folding screen series be removed and washed with water when dirty?
The company can provide reliability test reports. Product lifespan varies depending on installation location and usage conditions. The folding screen series is designed to be removable, but we don’t recommend direct water washing. We suggest wiping dust with a damp cloth. Please follow the written disassembly and cleaning instructions for detailed steps.
How are installation quotes and costs confirmed?
After order confirmation, customers will sign a quote form and pay 50% deposit to ensure customer rights. The remaining 50% will be collected after on-site installation is completed.
Do you provide home service throughout Taiwan?
